KATZMUSIC offers Bodhrán lessons to students of all ages. The Bodhrán is an Irish open-ended drum which is hit with a small stick called a ‘tipper’. It is a percussive instrument commonly used in Irish folk music. As well as being great fun it will challenge your coordination, teach you all the importance of rhythm in Irish folk music, and give you a great sense of musical timing.
