Green Steps @ Work is a multi award-winning sustainability development program, teaching staff how to measure environmental impacts within an organisation, improve their communication with staff, and enhance their behaviour change skills.
This practical training approach encourages staff members to create tailored solutions and action plans to tackle their organisation’s environmental challenges, no matter their expertise or background knowledge. Following 4 days of accredited training with a small group of staff from diverse organisations, participants put their new skills into action in a six week action learning project in their workplace. Green Steps @ Work is completed with a reflective report, a workshop debriefing the project experience with fellow training participants, and creating next steps for sustainability at work.
